With German exports of textile machinery to Asia worth about 4 billion Euro in the last two years and a market share of more than 50%, Asia is definitely the most important destination for textile technology Made in Germany.
At ITMA ASIA + CITME 2008 130 exhibitors from Germany will present their products and services on 10.000 square metres. Among the German companies roundabout 70 will exhibit under the umbrella of the official German presentation with over 3000 square metres hall space. Initiated by the VDMA Textile Machinery Association, the official German presentation offers a comprehensive overview of textile technology from Germany. In the respective halls there will be German clusters for every specific application from spinning, over knitting and weaving to finishing and making-up machinery.
